Microlise has today confirmed the cancellation of the Microlise Transport Conference for 2021.
According to Nadeem Raza, CEO of Microlise, who has thanked delegates and exhibitors for their patience and understanding, the decision is the correct one, given the prevailing Covid-19 crisis, “With concern for the health and safety of all of our delegates, exhibitors and staff, and recognising the huge demands being placed on everyone working in the industry at this time, we have made the difficult – but we feel proper decision – to cancel the Microlise Transport Conference for 2021.
“Continuing national uncertainty, travel and meeting restrictions and concern surrounding new Coronavirus variants make it impossible for us to simply re-schedule the event from May until later in the year, as there is no certainty that circumstances would allow for an entirely safe event.“
The Microlise Transport Conference has a long lead time and involves extensive planning due in no small part to the significant delegate numbers, high-calibre speakers and market-leading exhibitors it attracts. Plans are underway to connect again with the Fleet & Logistics community at the Microlise Transport Conference in 2022 which will take place on 18 May 2022.
