Building on the successful certification of our team in India last year, we are delighted to announce that Microlise UK has now been certified by Great Place to Work®!
Our recognition by the GPTW initiative reflects all of the passionate and positive people within Microlise. Our team are committed to building a supportive atmosphere that helps employees improve themselves and the wider community at large. We support both local charity initiatives – whether at home in the East Midlands or further afield around our Pune office in India – and international organisations like Transaid and Charitable Giving. We also run a graduate programme to help nurture new talent, offering new graduates the chance to train (alongside mentors in our Software Development, Operations and Product teams) and build the skills they need for their future careers.
Our software suite is designed to help our customers reduce their environmental impact by maximising their fuel efficiency. Carrying this ethos of ecological responsibility through into our own business, we are decarbonising our engineer fleet and supporting employees to go green, with both a new EV scheme and the installation of solar panels and charging points at our offices.
