Incident Analysis
Gather granular level information and build a clear picture of what was happening immediately before and during an incident. Capture detailed information through an in-vehicle recording device. The telematics unit, when triggered, also records various control functions of the vehicle and sends this information through the mobile network to a safe storage area.
The incident parameters are sampled four times a second, for 30 seconds before and after an incident and sent along with the details of the vehicle, driver, date and time.
Contextual Speeding
Contextual speeding compares a vehicle’s actual speed with the legally posted speed for a given location, to support monitoring of speed limit compliance.
