The current Knowledge Portal has been in place for some time but we’ve now given it a radical overhaul, added functionality and improved the way it looks. The new Knowledge Portal stands ready to offer you a wealth of content to get the most from using Microlise… And with the new functionality we’ve added, potentially much more…
The new Knowledge Portal now comes with a course builder allowing you to tailor Microlise content into your own Microlise system training and pitch it at different levels of user – for example, refresher courses for experienced staff or induction courses for new starters. You can design your own courses and include the content you want, while excluding anything which isn’t relevant.
There is a comprehensive library of Microlise learning materials to choose from – although the content on your Knowledge Portal courses don’t necessarily need to be about Microlise. You can now add in your own content – such as health and safety or staff induction materials – and build courses which don’t necessarily relate to the Microlise system. You can also merge your own content with Microlise content to create powerful bespoke courses to match the needs of your operation.
Plus, with the new campaigns function, you can target specific areas of the business with focused content, know when or how much of the courses have been completed, build quizzes to test users and design and provide certificates for users who have completed courses.
So how do you get access?
All Microlise customer already have log in details for the Knowledge Portal… it’s set up as soon as you became a customer. If you know your details, simply log on, watch the Getting Started video and have a think about how your business can get the most from it.
If you can’t remember your details, but do know which email address to use, you can reset your password at the same web URL.
