The agenda is now live.

Take a look as we share all the topics, speakers and industry conversations set to shape this year’s Microlise Transport Conference.

Taking place on 12th May at Co-op Live in Manchester, this year’s conference brings together leaders from across logistics, technology, policy and infrastructure to explore the challenges and opportunities facing modern fleet operations.

With registrations already ahead of this point last year, interest in the event continues to grow as we prepare for what promises to be our most ambitious conference to date.

A programme focused on the future of transport

This year’s agenda reflects the pace of change across the sector, from advances in artificial intelligence and data-driven fleet management to evolving regulatory and compliance requirements.

Sessions throughout the day will explore how operators can adapt to a more connected, intelligent transport environment, with a focus on practical insight and real-world application.

We’re also pleased to announce Zebra Technologies as our official technology partner for 2026, reinforcing the conference’s focus on innovation and digital transformation.

Headlining at Co-op Live...

The conference will once again be hosted by technology broadcaster Spencer Kelly, best known for presenting the BBC’s flagship programme Click.

Confirmed speakers include Dean Garvey-North, our Chief Technology Officer, who will share what’s next for AI in transport and logistics, alongside Alastair Shooter from DHL, offering insight from leading transport strategy across a global logistics network.

A dedicated panel session, “Keeping Britain Moving: Compliance, Enforcement & Network Readiness for 2030”, will bring together representatives from the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency, National Highways, the Road Haulage Association and the Traffic Commissioners for Great Britain to explore the regulatory and infrastructure challenges shaping the next decade.

Cybersecurity will also feature prominently, with expert insight from Jonny Pelter, who has worked closely with the UK’s National Cyber Security Centre and GCHQ.

Shaping the future together

Speaking about the 2026 conference, Nadeem Raza, our CEO, said:

“The transport sector is navigating a period of rapid transformation, from advances in AI and data-driven fleet management to evolving regulatory and compliance requirements.

“The Microlise Transport Conference brings together leaders from across the industry to share insight, challenge ideas and explore how we can collectively shape the future of road transport. Hosting the event at Co-op Live in Manchester marks an exciting new chapter for the conference, and we look forward to welcoming delegates from across the sector.”

More than a conference

The Microlise Transport Conference will once again be followed by the Driver of the Year Awards, celebrating the professionalism and dedication of the drivers who keep the UK’s supply chains moving every day.
