Our new integration with HaulageHub, the UK’s leading digital freight marketplace, is supporting thousands of hauliers to help cut CO2 emissions and increase operational efficiency.

Working with HaulageHub makes it easier for customers using our Transport Management System (TMS) to share opportunities across platforms, whilst also automating delivery progress with shared ETAs and paperwork.

Almost 90% of goods are moved by road which we know results in significant carbon emissions. And 30% of those trips made by hauliers are done so without cargo. That equates to a staggering 5,000,000 tonnes of CO2 emissions – made annually – when trucks are running empty.

To help combat this, in 2021, Scott Robertson and Craig Thompson established HaulageHub, with the aim to address road transport’s inefficiencies and improve its environmental impact.

The HaulageHub online platform matches load opportunities with a haulier base of more than 1,500 companies and has already reduced emissions by lowering the average empty running rate to 19%.
