The Microlise Driver of the Year Awards include both data-led and nomination-based categories, capturing all aspects of driving excellence.

Our data-led categories include Short Distance, Medium Distance, Long Distance, Compliant Driver, and Outstanding Operator. These awards are determined through in-depth analysis of anonymised performance data gathered through our technology. The process covers over 200,000 drivers, representing hundreds of operators, millions of journeys and billions of miles, to identify the very best in the business.

However, our nomination categories give you the chance to recognise drivers who consistently go above and beyond.
