The new portal includes links to other web pages within the Microlise estate including the Knowledge Portal, Microlise Transport Conference and Road to Logistics websites.

There is also be a link directly to your web portal.

24/7 Chatbot Support

Our new 24/7 chatbot is available to answer frequently asked questions and guide you through the process of logging a case.

And if you need further assistance, you can transfer to a Support Engineer Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm (GMT).

Simplified Case Logging

Logging cases has never been easier! You can submit a request directly through the portal or simply by sending an email to microlise@service-now.com. Plus, with our trusted domain email logging, anyone in your organisation with a valid email can log a case seamlessly.
