Creed Foodservice adopts Microlise solutions to streamline operations and enhance customer service

We are proud to announce our partnership with Creed Foodservice, a leading UK provider of high-quality food & beverage products to the catering industry. By integrating our software, Creed aims to revolutionise its delivery processes, elevate customer satisfaction, and embrace a more efficient, technology-driven operation.

In a significant move, Creed Foodservice has implemented our Journey Management and ePOD (Electronic Proof of Delivery) modules across its 87-vehicle fleet. The ePOD module empowers drivers with advanced sign-on-glass functionality and image capturing capabilities, enabling them to seamlessly execute tasks while on the road, eliminating paperwork, and streamlining operations.

With the adoption of our Journey Management technology, Creed can now provide its end customers with accurate Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) data, ensuring transparency and real-time communication about their deliveries and departure status. This enhanced level of communication aims to strengthen customer relationships and satisfaction.

Beyond operational efficiency and customer service, Creed Foodservice demonstrates its commitment to sustainability by reducing its environmental footprint. The switch from paper-based processes to our technology contributes to a more eco-friendly approach to daily operations.
