Last year, we welcomed three new UK grocery and food supply chain customers.
Across food and beverage logistics, operators face constant pressure to deliver on time, stay compliant and control costs. Our work with these three businesses highlights how access to clear, actionable data can support better decision-making and more resilient operations.
Through a collaborative way of working, we help fleets turn insight into action and achieve results that make a meaningful difference to their day-to-day operations.
Helping operators turn data into day-to-day advantage
Dayla Drinks, an independent drinks wholesaler, is already using our Fleet Performance and Compliance tools to improve visibility, safety and operational efficiency. The business is now rolling out Journey Execution and electronic proof of delivery (ePOD), reflecting the need for a fully integrated, end-to-end solution that supports both drivers and transport teams.
Ian Carter, Head of Operations at Dayla Drinks, said, “Operational excellence and service reliability are at the heart of everything we do. Partnering with Microlise allows us to take a major step forward in achieving our goals.
“Our new technology helps us improve route efficiency, reduce fuel consumption and further enhance our customer experience,” said Ian Carter, Head of Operations at Dayla Drinks.”
Optimising planning, compliance and delivery
Wright’s Flour, one of the UK’s leading flour producers, has partnered with us to strengthen the planning and execution of its transport and delivery operations.
By using tools including Planning & Optimisation, Journey Management, ePOD and a comprehensive suite of Compliance solutions, Wright’s Flour is enhancing supply-chain visibility, supporting efficient planning and helping ensure on-time deliveries alongside high standards of compliance.
Strengthening control in temperature-sensitive logistics
Specialist cold-chain provider Igloo Thermo Logistics has selected our technology to enhance the monitoring and control of its temperature-sensitive operations. The solution includes Telematics, DPM, Remote Tacho Download, AI Cameras and full temperature integration across both vehicle and trailer systems – supporting proactive fleet management in a demanding operating environment.
Kully Gossal, Group Fleet Manager at Igloo, said, “Maintaining the highest standards of cold chain integrity is fundamental to our business. Partnering with Microlise gives us a powerful, real-time picture of our fleet, from temperature performance to driver behaviour and compliance.
“This technology enables proactive intervention, protects product quality, reduces risk and supports the dependable, nationwide service our customers rely on, especially during peak periods across the UK food supply chain.”
Built around partnership and long-term value
Speaking about the new partnerships, Tim Featonby, Sales Manager at Microlise, said, “We’re incredibly proud to be working with Dayla Drinks, Wright’s Flour and Igloo Thermo Logistics, all respected names in their respective fields.
“Our focus is always on partnership and long-term value, ensuring our technology delivers measurable improvements in performance, compliance and customer satisfaction. By tailoring technology to each company’s specific needs, we are unlocking real-time insight and achieving tangible insights.”
Looking ahead, our work with Dayla Drinks, Wright’s Flour and Igloo Thermo Logistics reflects a shared commitment to continuous improvement. By working together, we’re supporting positive change across grocery, food and cold-chain logistics.
