Important Update for Our Customers & Partners

The Coronavirus is having an unprecedented impact around the world. In particular there is an incredible level of pressure on supply chains, logistics providers and road transport operators, who are being tasked with keeping economies moving and of continuing to provide people with access to essential supplies.

In response to developments over recent weeks, Microlise has taken a number of steps to ensure that our staff are kept safe, but also to ensure that we can continue to provide our services to our customers.

This has included:

  • ensuring staff can work from home without impediments to fulfilling their roles
  • providing field based staff with guidance and equipment to ensure the safety of themselves and others
  • reviewing our business continuity plans to ensure Microlise is able to manage the disruption caused by the Coronavirus.

Furthermore, we will soon be putting in place our peak time protocols, typically in place around the Christmas period, which will see a freeze on all non-essential system changes.

Microlise is in a good position. We are confident that we are able to deliver ‘business as usual’ in terms of the experience we provide to customers and the interactions we have with you each day.

Our field engineer team continues to operate, carrying out installations and repairs, and our service teams are ready to respond to the needs of our customers.

We will keep you updated as the situation progresses, and we will continue to work to ensure you experience no disruption to the services we provide.

If you do need support from us during this time, our support desk is there for you. You can get in touch via our Customer Support Portal or email us at servicedesk@microlise.com.

You can also speak to your Account Manager or Project Team if you have any questions for us.

As we have seen over many years, we know that the road transport sector will do everything it can to meet the demands being placed upon it. We are committed to supporting that effort as we work together through this situation.

Best wishes,
