Vita Software, a leading provider of SaaS based Transportation Management System (TMS) solutions, has today joined the Microlise Group.
Highly regarded across the industry, Vita provides a range of order management solutions to fleet logistics operators, including resource and transport costing, subcontractor management and invoicing solutions.
The acquisition is a strategic growth step for Microlise and adds a new string to our bow, enhancing our product portfolio to provide customers with an even more enriched end-to-end solution. Both business and product integration will begin immediately, and all existing members of staff from Vita will be joining the Microlise team with immediate effect:
Through combining TMS technology with our existing offerings, we are providing our customers with an accessible and enriched end-to-end solution that is designed to optimise operations, increase cost visibility, and improve profitability.
In addition, the acquisition will enable significant opportunities for both up-selling and cross-selling, embedding Microlise even further into its existing customers’ operations and cementing our position as a leading provider of transport technology solutions.
