About us

Microlise telematics and proof of delivery solutions help our customers reduce costs and the environmental impact of their fleet operations. We achieve this by maximising vehicle utilisation, increasing operational efficiency and improving economy and safety; whilst helping to deliver the very best customer experience by providing real-time visibility of the fleet against schedule.

A privately owned business operating for over thirty years based in Nottingham in the UK, Microlise invests significantly in research and development annually to ensure its solutions continue to be underpinned by market-leading technology. Every year we help our customers to save more than £175m in fuel costs and reduce CO2 emissions by hundreds of thousands of metric tonnes.

The average length of service of our employees is over seven years and we are proud to be Investors in People, ISO9001 and TickITplus certified and adopt established project management, customer service and testing principles including Prince 2, ITIL and ISEB frameworks.

We invest heavily every year in Research & Development to ensure that our products remain at the forefront of our industry, and manufacture our own hardware to ensure the highest quality.

Ethical Supply Chain Committment

Microlise is committed to ensuring its’ employees and those employed within its’ supply chain are not being exploited. Also, that they are safe, their income is in line with minimum wage legislation, or greater, and health and safety and human rights laws and international standards are adhered to, including freedom of movement and communications.

Microlise’s financial year commenced in July 2016. Our own ethos has always been committed to ensuring the well being of our employees, however, we have only started to look at the actions of our supply chain and their approach to tackling modern slavery since the provision commenced. So far we have implemented a supplier questionnaire for new suppliers which we engage with. This year we will be refining the questionnaire further and increasing our supplier site visits. Due to parts required for our product, on occasion, these are produced oversees. We will continue to scrutinise any supplier we engage with in those countries where modern slavery is more prevalent, and will not engage with any supplier who does not meet our quality (ISO 9016) or minimum employment and health and safety requirements.
