This year marks my 8th work anniversary with Microlise, and I must say it was truly a fun roller coaster ride! I feel blessed to be a part of Microlise India, as I joined when its India office setup was in progress.

I have seen tremendous growth Microlise India has made in terms of the number of employees hired, the adoption of the latest technologies, moving from an old office to a new office and recently being listed as a public limited company.

I was new to Microlise when I started working here and year after year, I got the opportunity to work on various projects which helped me to understand and gain knowledge about the majority of the products. I would like to list down a few growth opportunities provided by Microlise:

1. Got a chance to work on the latest tools, technologies, and scrum methodologies.
2. Manager guidance always helped me to find multiple ways to solutions and investigate problems effectively.
3. Got a chance to work with data scientists and was able to understand problems from their point of view.
4. Got a chance to work on a POC project, where I learned how the product is built from scratch.
5. Worked on some Data science projects.

There are new initiatives like “Public code review” where everyone gets an opportunity to receive and share feedback, which helps us to improve further.
