I started working in Microlise as an Application Support Engineer and moved up the ladder to become a Project Manager. The initial days were a bit challenging because I moved from a service-based industry to a product-based industry with a completely new domain to learn.

There were multiple challenges that I came across during my 7-year tenure at Microlise. One of the biggest challenges I encountered was, handling conflicts among the team members and motivating them to achieve their targets.

I am a perfect example of growth that anyone can achieve within a company. From an Application Support Engineer to a Project Manager in less than 7 years is a big achievement.

There have been multiple highlights in my tenure, but a noteworthy highlight was handling a 15-member team at one stage, by encouraging and motivating them to work towards the organizational goals.

Microlise has given me a lot of opportunities to learn on personal as well as professional fronts. I still remember the in-house training provided by Microlise to develop my skills and product training to assist my customers. It has played an important role in my job role.
