About Microlise

Microlise Group Plc is a leading transport technology business, trusted by some of the world’s most recognisable brands. In the UK alone, we support over 88% of food retailers and 56% of large transport fleets, working with customers such as Woolworths, Coles, Metcash, Foodstuffs, Gilmours, MAN and JCB.

Now, as we continue to grow rapidly across Australia, we’re looking for a Field Scheduler to play a key role in supporting our expanding APAC customer base.

The Role

As our Field Scheduler, you’ll be right at the heart of our operations. Working closely with Field Engineering and Programme Management teams, you’ll ensure customer orders and installations are planned, scheduled and delivered smoothly.

This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role where your organisation, communication skills and attention to detail will make a real difference, helping us deliver outstanding service and supporting Microlise’s continued success.

If you’re target-driven, enjoy problem-solving, and thrive in an environment where no two days are the same, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Collaborating with internal teams to progress customer orders, installations and service activity
  • Keeping internal systems accurate and up to date with detailed, high-quality information
  • Managing the full order and scheduling lifecycle from start to finish, in line with SLA commitments
  • Scheduling work for Field Engineers in line with agreed working parameters and any reasonable adjustments
  • Ensuring confidentiality and full compliance with data protection requirements
  • Proactively identifying, escalating and resolving risks that could impact invoicing or service delivery
  • Taking ownership of issues and escalations related to orders, projects or engineer availability
  • Using your expertise to support the effective delivery of supply chain elements
  • Ensuring all customers are contacted within agreed service levels

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in a customer-focused or administrative role, with strong organisational skills
  • Confident communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong working relationships
  • A target-driven mindset, with experience working to deadlines and SLAs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
  • The ability to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced environment
  • A self-motivated, adaptable approach with strong prioritisation skills
  • Previous experience in scheduling or order processing (highly desirable, but not essential)

Why Join Microlise?

Microlise has been proudly UK-based for over 30 years and is now a publicly listed company on the London Stock Exchange. Our culture underpins everything we do, from how we work together, to how we support our people and deliver value to our customers.

You’ll be joining a growing, international organisation with exciting plans across APAC and plenty of opportunity to make an impact.
