About Lisa
I have recently joined Microlise as the new Sales Manager within the Account Management team. Our team plays a pivotal role in nurturing and growing the relationships we have with our valued customers. My role focuses on supporting our Account Managers, to ensure we are continually delivering value, understanding our customers’ evolving needs, and identifying opportunities where Microlise solutions can help them achieve even more! It’s about making sure our customers see us not just as a supplier, but as a trusted partner in their business success.
Prior to Microlise, I built a solid foundation delivering business critical technology solutions to the Payments Industry. My previous role was VP and Country Manager at Transaction Network Services UK, where I was responsible for the commercial operations of the UK and Ireland business. This experience gave me deep insights into customer relationship management, solution-based selling, and working with complex stakeholder groups.
My Experience
The skills and experience I’ve gained over the years allow me to support both my colleagues and our customers effectively. I am passionate about developing strong, long-term customer relationships and ensuring we truly understand the business drivers behind their challenges and ambitions. By bringing a customer first mindset and a consultative approach to the Account Management team, I am confident we can continue to strengthen partnerships and uncover opportunities that deliver mutual success.
I also have a strong focus on coaching and mentoring. By supporting the Account Managers within my team to refine their approaches and broaden their knowledge but also help guide them to reach their own individual goals. Jointly, we can ensure the whole team continues to deliver the highest possible standard of service and advice to our customers.
