Il contr\u00f4le l\u2019avancement des diff\u00e9rentes missions de collecte ou de livraison \u2013 l\u2019emplacement des v\u00e9hicules en temps r\u00e9el, les heures r\u00e9elles d\u2019arriv\u00e9e et l\u2019ordre dans lequel ces missions doivent \u00eatre effectu\u00e9es ainsi que les itin\u00e9raires emprunt\u00e9s. Toutes les tourn\u00e9es en retard ou en avance peuvent \u00eatre ainsi mises en \u00e9vidence. Voyons au travers quelque exemples, comment ce module renforce la qualit\u00e9 de service et la qualit\u00e9 de la relation avec le client.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Anticiper les retards permet d\u2019en limiter les effets<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Le suivi en temps r\u00e9el de la flotte permet d\u2019anticiper les retards avant qu\u2019ils ne deviennent trop importants et p\u00e9nalisants pour le client. Cette anticipation permet le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant de prendre les bonnes d\u00e9cisions\u00a0: pr\u00e9venir le client, modifier l\u2019itin\u00e9raire d\u2019une tourn\u00e9e si le retard est d\u00fb \u00e0 un trafic trop dense, reporter une mission pour r\u00e9duire ce retard. Tout changement, m\u00eame de derni\u00e8re minute dans le planning des tourn\u00e9es, peut \u00eatre r\u00e9inject\u00e9 dans le moteur de planification qui recalculera le meilleur itin\u00e9raire soit sur une partie soit sur la totalit\u00e9 du planning.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Ajouter des missions \u00e0 la derni\u00e8re minute\u00a0: un gage de souplesse et de r\u00e9activit\u00e9<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Le suivi en temps r\u00e9el de la flotte et des ressources permet d\u2019int\u00e9grer des commandes de derni\u00e8res minutes et de les attribuer aux chauffeurs disponibles et aux v\u00e9hicules en circulation en fonction des contraintes du moment. Honorer des commandes de derni\u00e8res minutes permet de faire preuve de flexibilit\u00e9 et de r\u00e9activit\u00e9 vis-\u00e0-vis d\u2019un client strat\u00e9gique par exemple.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Fournir des donn\u00e9es justes et actualis\u00e9es am\u00e9liore la collaboration client\/transporteur<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Le suivi temps r\u00e9el de la flotte permet de calculer les heures d\u2019arriv\u00e9e estim\u00e9es (ETA) et pr\u00e9venir ainsi le client de l\u2019arriv\u00e9e imminente d\u2019un v\u00e9hicule sur un d\u00e9p\u00f4t afin que ce dernier mette en place les ressources n\u00e9cessaires au d\u00e9chargement des v\u00e9hicules, ou, dans le cas d\u2019une livraison \u00e0 domicile, de proposer une plage horaire plus r\u00e9duite. Ces donn\u00e9es temps r\u00e9el rendent plus fluide la collaboration entre prestataire logistique et client et optimise le fonctionnement de chacun.<\/p>\n<p>A l\u2019inverse lorsque le client fournit au transporteur ses contraintes actualis\u00e9es, ajust\u00e9e en permanence, comme des contraintes d\u2019horaires, d\u2019acc\u00e8s\u2026 d\u2019un d\u00e9p\u00f4t, non seulement son transporteur peut les prendre en compte dans le calcul du planning des tourn\u00e9es, mais il peut, aussi, en cas d\u2019impr\u00e9vus, planifier une nouvelle livraison sans perturber l\u2019organisation de son client.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Suivre des activit\u00e9s annexes du conducteur et du fonctionnement du v\u00e9hicule<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Le suivi temps r\u00e9el de la flotte, ne concerne pas uniquement l\u2019ex\u00e9cution des livraisons en tant que telle mais aussi toutes les t\u00e2ches affect\u00e9es au conducteur au cours de sa mission\u00a0: le contr\u00f4le du v\u00e9hicule, le contr\u00f4le du groupe froid, la collecte des \u00e9marg\u00e9s, des \u00e9changes de palettes et tous les al\u00e9as, impr\u00e9vus qui peuvent survenir\u00a0: un incident sur la route, une anomalie de tel ou tel dispositif etc. qui seront remont\u00e9s via l\u2019application mobile e-Pod de Microlise vers l\u2019exploitant.
