As our new Triage Technician, you will be working alongside our established Service Centre team who are responsible for repairing, testing, and configuring equipment in readiness for delivery and operations at customer sites.

Within your role you will be responsible for processing returned equipment which requires processing including identifying and splitting cables as well as testing the old equipment.  You will also be involved in covering the collection of parts required for repair and repair centre system administration involving corrections and timely completion in the Enterprise Resource Planning System.

What you will be doing:

  • RMA De-kit processing including;
  • breaking down incoming equipment, identifying products, testing functionality, completing jobs on system
  • RMA raising and associated system work
  • Liaising with Goods In & Stores functions for efficiency gain
  • Testing and processing older generations of equipment for resale
  • Identifying ex-contract stock for disposal
  • Repair parts collection for Bench Technicians
  • Repair Centre System administration

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience with diagnostic and triage services for mobile devices (Tablets and GPS Devices)
  • Experience in disassembly and reassembly of mobile device components
  • Strong Customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Flexibility to work different shifts
  • Self‐driven and motivated 
  • Ability to maintain an effective, efficient, organized and productive work area
