Starting from there till today, the company evolved and prospered. 8 years has been a really long time! It is a big achievement, and the journey has been an exciting one with a lot of learning along with ups and downs.<\/p>\n<p>I started my career as a Test developer and now I\u2019m a Senior Automation Test Developer. I have learned a lot in this journey, scaled up the career ladder and achieved my aspirations and goals. I take this opportunity to thank all my colleagues &amp; managers who helped me grow and guided me throughout.<\/p>\n<p>These eight years can be defined as the happiest phase of my life. I have found new friends in my colleagues who have supported me relentlessly to make this day possible for me. I still remember the day when I was the only Indian team member among my UK colleagues. I believe it doesn\u2019t matter if you work in a team or alone as learning is a continuous pursuit.<\/p>\n<p>Microlise not only contributes to one\u2019s professional growth but also provides a great work-life balance which is one of the key reasons people stay longer here. I strongly refer Microlise to many friends as it is indeed a great place to work and resonates with my personal values.<br
