The Product\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n

TruFleet is a DVSA Earned Recognition accredited Vehicle Maintenance system<\/a> which digitises the wall calendar for enhanced reporting. The user interface is simple to use to schedule inspections, services and LOLER equipment along with booking repairs, MOT, Insurance etc. It\u2019s also easy to create trailers and non-tacho vehicles to help manage a variety of assets.<\/p>\n

The system allows users to electronically manage defects that have been created from the daily walk around app and failed inspection items so defects can be dealt with swiftly, reducing VOR time.<\/p>\n

TruFleet fully integrates with other TruTac systems including the TruControl suite of compliance products. This includes TruChecks, the daily walkaround vehicle check for complete vehicle and driver management, and TruDocs document management linked to completed maintenance events, garages and vehicles.<\/p>\n

What\u2019s New?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Electronic Periodic Maintenance Inspections (ePMI) is included as standard to provide full maintenance information and works traceability, removing the need for multiple paper documents and their associated physical storage. The ePMI also allows workshops to electronically complete inspection sheets (PMI) online which automatically feed back into TruFleet, providing full auditing and end-to-end maintenance management.<\/p>\n
