He\u2019s also a governing body member of Gartner\u2019s Chief Information Officer (CIO) community, helping to shape future UKI digital and data strategies, and a contributing member of the Forbes CIO Technology Council.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_custom_heading text=&#8221;Driving innovation through experience and insight&#8221; font_container=&#8221;tag:h3|text_align:left|color:%23152644&#8243; use_theme_fonts=&#8221;yes&#8221; css=&#8221;&#8221;]<div class=\"ult-spacer spacer-69e004566949f\" data-id=\"69e004566949f\" data-height=\"10\" data-height-mobile=\"10\" data-height-tab=\"10\" data-height-tab-portrait=\"\" data-height-mobile-landscape=\"\" style=\"clear:both;display:block;\"><\/div>[vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"997\" data-end=\"1284\">Throughout his career, Dean has led transformation, data and AI initiatives, business performance and insights, and innovation and IT functions. His leadership has delivered best-in-sector regulatory scores for cybersecurity strategy and investment, alongside multiple industry awards.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1286\" data-end=\"1580\">As part of our senior leadership team, Dean will be responsible for driving our technology strategy \u2014 ensuring our infrastructure and product development remain world-class, aligning innovation with our business goals and nurturing a culture of high-performance engineering across our teams.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1582\" data-end=\"1642\">Commenting on his appointment, Dean said,\u00a0\u201cI am delighted to be joining such a forward-looking organisation that is at the very top of its game.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1757\" data-end=\"2001\">&#8220;Microlise\u2019s products in the logistics sector are extremely exciting as the drive towards more efficient operations intensifies.
