Steve Lamb
Chairman
| Steve holds a BSc Honours degree in Technology and Management, and has held senior executive positions within the IT Sector for the last 20 years.He began his career in Manufacturing before moving into the IT Sector with the advent of 3D CAD / CAM systems in the early 80’s.His first senior Executive role was that of Sales and Marketing Director for a software application business. |

Nadeem Raza
Managing Director
| Nadeem has complete responsibility for the operational management and control of all Microlise business activities.During his career with Microlise Nadeem has fulfilled various responsibilities and gained experience across all elements of the business, including sales, system integration, marketing, operations and business computing. He joined in 1988 as a software engineer, having graduated from Newcastle University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics & Computing. |

Bill Wynn
Financial Director
| Bill joined Microlise in 2007 as Finance Director and Company Secretary and brings to Microlise a wealth of financial and general management experience. Professionally qualified and an MBA, he brings to Microlise 20 years board level experience gained in a variety of industry sectors both nationally and internationally.Bills corporate finance experience includes leading M&A projects; selling companies, raising equity finance and working with leading private equity partners. |

Matt Hague
Product Strategy Director
| Matt joined Microlise in 1998 with the responsibility of managing Microlise’s System Integration activities. As part of this role Matt was tasked with identifying markets and then defining and delivering the original Microlise Fleet & Distribution Transport Management Solution portfolio. In the intervening period Matt has found his role has evolved to include responsibility for both Solution development and Programme delivery. In recent years, as the portfolio has grown Matt has taken on a more strategic role and he is now responsible for Product Strategy & Management, Pre-sales & Business Analysis, Marketing and Benefits Realisation Consultancy. |

| As Executive Director, Bob’s main focus is on the development of relationships with corporate clients and key business partners.Since joining Microlise in 1988, Bob has had many roles and areas of responsibility including operations, manufacturing, product development, sales, marketing and quality management.Prior to his career with Microlise, Bob worked in the security industry |

Simon Bewick
Customer Support Director
| Simon’s prime focus is the provision of contractual support services to customers. He is also responsible for the delivery of new solutions and system upgrades to existing customers.His career with Microlise began as a software developer in 1993 but Simon has now been involved in the provision of customer support since 1999.Simon Graduated from Hallam University in 1984 with a Bachelor of Science degree in urban land economics and initially worked as a chartered surveyor before retraining as a software programmer and working within the music publishing and pensions industry. |
