Restaurant Technologies, Inc. (RTI) is the food service industry’s leading provider of automated systems for safely storing, handling and disposing of cooking oil. Clean and waste oil tanks are plumbed directly into a restaurant’s fryer so that with the turn of a knob, restaurant workers can replace waste oil with clean oil.
Via a lock box on the outside of each store, RTI trucks deliver clean oil and remove waste oil through metered hoses that connect to the tanks inside the store. RTI’s fleet of approximately 150 vehicles operates from over 30 depots in major metropolitan areas across the USA.
